Acreage Guide is a new publication. At launch, we have no affiliate relationships and earn no commissions. Nothing on this site is a paid placement.

Our plan

Over time, we may earn commissions when readers buy products through links on this site — for example, septic treatments or equipment sold by third-party retailers. If and when that happens:

• Every article containing affiliate links will carry a clear disclosure near the top.
• A commission will never change our verdict. If the honest answer is "don't buy this," that's what we'll print.
• We will never accept payment for a ranking, a review score, or a positive mention.

Why we're telling you this now

Trust is the whole business. We'd rather over-disclose at the start than surprise you later. If you ever suspect a recommendation was bought, call us out — publicly is fine.
